Sis's Herbs
Some of you know about my sister's affection towards lavender...and her hubby's love of peppermint and spearmint. Well, here's part of her herb garden...and a close up of her biggest lavender plant. Much to my dismay I can not, under any circumstances, get lavender to winter-over in my garden/landscape. I have peppermint, spearmint, and lemon balm taking over the entire 2 acres...but no lavender!

that is beautiful!! I have two lavender bushes and am having a hard time with the heat in keeping them alive! beautiful.
