Me? Well, I'm 43, been married for 22 years and we have a 18 year old son. Hmmm, that might explain the gray hairs. I'm a foreman at a local non-destructive testing facility (looking for defects in powder metal parts, mainly automotive parts). I also have a small soap and bath product business; mostly regular customer reorders and friends and family.

Your Blog reminds me of self-dependencies.
Thinking of locally produced goods, not outsourcing, I think we need to re-invent the wheel, go back to the days of making our own stuff, and not be dependant on foreigners.
Read this from a blog, probably by a blooger who is from India:
Mahatma Gandhi urged people to burn their imported clothes and wear khadi. Each person was encouraged to spin his own khadi, and then wear clothes made from it. The rationale behind it was to reject the clothes which were manufactured in England
